During an acting career lasting over 60 years and counting, Sir Christopher Lee has appeared in more than 200 films. Knighted in 2009 for his services to drama and charity, he was then awarded a BAFTA Fellowship in 2011. And last night he was awarded a Fellowship of the British Film Institute in recognition of his outstanding contribution to film and television. The highly prestigious Fellowship is the highest accolade awarded by the BFI and was presented to Sir Christopher by Johnny Depp, with whom he has acted in several films.
