As Halloween approaches, you can be irritated by its increasing commercialisation, and a feeling that the US style celebration is becoming too big for its boots. Or you can get ready to switch all your lights out in order to avoid trick or treaters. Or perhaps you should think a bit more deeply about the significance of the evening, and ponder whether it is really an indication that paganism is on the verge of a comeback. But probably you should just line up a couple of horror movies in readiness - and have a look at some of the artwork which has advertised them over the years.
