It was that time of the year again last week, with a few surprises (including Crash as Best Picture) and a few favourites coming in (including the great Philip Seymour Hoffman in Capote). British congratulations to Rachel Weisz for The Constant Gardener, and the Aardman team for Wallace and Gromit's Oscar-winning feature film debut.
